Privacy

1. The personal data provided by the Customer and their family members, data regarding the use of services, billing and payment information, and technical data are processed by United Telecom for the following purposes:

   • Implementation of the agreement

   • Customer management

   • Market research and user profiling

   • Promotion and prospecting, such as direct marketing (specifically to keep the customer regularly informed about new benefits, products, or services, and ongoing promotions of United Telecom)

   • Improvement of service provision and

   • Providing recommendations or preferences.

2. If the customer wishes to object to the processing regarding their use and the use by their family members of the services, they can notify the United Telecom Customer Service in writing at the address of United Telecom.

3. The customer's and their family members data mentioned above may be disclosed to affiliated companies and third parties associated with United Telecom, who work and/or sell on behalf of United Telecom, for the same purposes. If the customer does not wish to receive advertising from United Telecom or its affiliated companies, they should notify the United Telecom Customer Service in writing at the address of United Telecom.

4. In general, United Telecom does not disclose personal data to third parties, except to comply with legal obligations, in response to explicit requests from judicial authorities or law enforcement agencies, and in the cases and conditions as determined below

   (I) If United Telecom does provide certain personal data to third parties, it will do so with explicit communication, providing an explanation about the third party, the purposes of the disclosure and processing, and providing the customer with the opportunity to object.

   (II) The customer acknowledges and accepts that their use of the services may involve the disclosure of certain personal data to third parties, such as advertisers from within or outside the country who provide the services.

   Before transmitting these personal data to these third parties, the customer's consent will be sought for the transfer of their personal data.

   United Telecom disclaims any responsibility regarding the processing of the customer's and their family members' personal data by these third parties.

5. The customer has the right to obtain disclosure of their personal data processed by United Telecom. If such data is incorrect, incomplete, or no longer relevant, they may request its correction or deletion. If they wish to exercise this right, they can submit a request in writing, dated, signed, and accompanied by a copy of their identity card to United Telecom Customer Service at the address of United Telecom.

United Telecom uses 'cookies' These are information files that are automatically installed on your computer's hard drive when you visit the site, allowing for a better use of the site.
